  • Show highlights and explain the game as it is going.
  • Players talk about their personal rugby experience.
  • Culture / Energy / Injuries
  • How do you become a professional rugby player
  • LIVE Q&A
  1. Home Work-Outs : (30min) + (15 min Q&A, talk about Academy)
  • Show a breakdown of the workouts we will do.
  • Stretch / Yoga
  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Stretch / cool down
  • LIVE Q&A + talk about Academy
