What to bring: 

• Water Bottle

• Sunscreen

• Mouth Guard (recommended)

• Rugby boots or soccer cleats

• Healthy Snack / Lunch

• Towel

• Swimsuit

• Change of dry clothes

• Hat

• Extra socks (feet get sweaty and causes blisters)

Each day we will start off with a warm up, focus on building a specific skill set, play various rugby related games to work on specific skills, snack/lunch break, and a water game after our break. We like to have fun, so we will also be throwing in a few random non rugby games to play around with.
