Are you a P.E. Teacher and interested in having your students participate in a Virtual Learning Session with the Houston SaberCats?
We are offering three different types of sessions for you to choose from:
Rugby 101 : (40 – 45min)
- Information about the Houston SaberCats: players & coaches
- Rugby 101: vocabulary, positions, rules, point system, character
- Short Stadium Tour Video
- Show highlights and explain the game as it is going.
- Players talk about their personal rugby experience.
- Culture / Energy / Injuries
- How do you become a professional rugby player
- LIVE Q&A
Home Work-Outs : (30min) + (15 min Q&A, talk about Academy)
- Show a breakdown of the workouts we will do.
- Stretch / Yoga
- Cardio
- Strength
- Stretch / cool down
- LIVE Q&A + talk about Academy
In Person School Visit:Â
