High School Pathway Program

Introducing the Houston SaberCats Pathway Program – An opportunity for Student Athletes to be on the pathway to becoming a Professional Rugby Player.

We are not creating a high school team, just giving the players a chance to train and develop their skills with the pros and bring it back to their own clubs. We will be scheduling training sessions at AVEVA Stadium at least once or twice a week. If we have an opportunity to have some kids play in a tournament, we will choose student athletes participating in the Academy.

If you are a High School or Club Coach and would like to recommend a Student Athlete to be involved in the Houston SaberCats Academy please complete the form below. Students must be enrolled in school and be between the ages of 13-18.
